One of the musicians he played with there had moved to Las Vegas and was in contact with us to get us gigs at both places (the NYC invitation came later and from another group of friends).
China/Las Vegas involved a bit of money and a lot of time.
In fact, too much time.
Specifically, too much time away from wives and family. And so, after a lot of careful thought, we decided to stay put and continue working on material in the studio here in Buenos Aires.
So, that's what we did.
Happily, there are lots of songs in circulation.
Besides, folks down here have come to refer to Paul as the Nilsson of Argentina (someone who records and doesn't perform live).*
Anyway, there are a lot more songs floating around the studio than we’ve been able to record. But we’re working on that.
So, till our next dispatch, we want to say how grateful we are to those of you who have visited our page, have sent kind messages of appreciation and support, and have asked questions regarding songs and projects, etc.
It only means everything.
Oh, and speaking of questions, we look forward to answering them soon.

* The only difference being that the late, great Nilsson (a personal favorite of Paul's) never did live shows, whereas Paul played out regularly in NYC during the 90's and was gigging quite a bit in the Buenos Aires area beforing deciding to take a indefinite break in 2016 so as to devote his time to family, work, writing and recording.
